Golden Opportunity Youth Association (GOYA) Exists to create and maintain effective cultural, Social and user friendly service which aim to alleviate and improve social, cultural and economic disadvantages of people, in particularly young people. Removing the barriers to educational and vocational achievement, i.e. Drug abuse and crime and combat the discrimination, hardship and distress in particularly but not Exclusively of Black, Minority Ethnic and Refugee Communities.
